3 PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The purpose of this Customer and Business Partner Register is to manage the contractual relations with our customers and business partners as well as to maintain and develop our relationships with them. In addition, we may also process the personal data for the purposes of marketing and website development.
The legal basis for personal data processing in relation to the management of contractual relations with our customers and business partners is that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at the request of the customer and/or the business partner to enter into a contract (as stipulated in the GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). In addition, such processing may be necessary for the grounds of our legitimate interests (as stipulated in the GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) to maintain the contractual relationships.
With respect to processing of personal data for marketing and website development purposes, the legal basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interests (as stipulated in the GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) of Making Movies - Nordberg & Aho Oy to develop its existing customer relationships as well as to acquire new customers.
In the event that the data subject has provided their personal data via our Website’s contact form and we do not rely on any other legal basis in order to process the personal data of the data subject, the legal basis for processing is consent as defined in Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and the data subject may withdraw their consent any time.

We will remove the personal data that we have collected when the personal data is no longer needed for the purposes described above in this Privacy Statement. Some of the personal data that we collect, and process may be subject to minimum retention periods set by accounting and tax legislation.

We collect personal data mostly directly from the customers, business partners and other persons visiting our Website. In addition, personal data may be collected from publicly available sources, such as the websites of customer companies.
